Rachel Kirby, founder and lead designer of The Design Decision, Inc., has built a reputation for creating interiors that are both timeless and livable. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for blending function with beauty, Rachel approaches every project with the belief that great design should reflect the personality and lifestyle of the people who live in it.
Drawing from 10 of experience in residential and commercial design, Rachel has worked on projects ranging from intimate home renovations to large-scale builds. Known for her ability to balance classic style with modern touches, Rachel creates spaces that feel elegant yet comfortable, sophisticated yet welcoming.
When working with clients, Rachel is hands-on and collaborative, guiding them through each step of the design process — from concept and planning to installation and finishing details. She believes in building strong client relationships rooted in trust, creativity, and clear communication.
